The top 10 brands, Microsoft comes in 4th place, Facebook in 6th place and Tencent (Chinese media brand) in 8th place. One zero weekly app downloads around 4 to 5 million. Gradually these downloads increases to 6 million the next week and 12 million the following week. In Total , Snap chat downloads 41.5 million times worldwide in one month. 61% of global commerce companies describe their business models are in extreme pressure to adapt to changing conditions. 34% companies saying that due to market pressure , the models has to change otherwise they might go out of business in the next 36 months. But, 2/3 of global companies says they don’t have enough customer data to fully understand the customer journey, ranging from a low of 55% in Germany to over 75% in Japan.

The goods being returned increase more in last 2 years. 29% of UK consumers said that they find product photos from other customers useful when making online purchasing decision. 40% of Gen Z and 41% of millennials finding photos from other customer valuable when making a purchase decision.
