Google My Business is a social media suitable for practically any business. However, it is especially useful for local businesses who have a physical store (such as a restaurant), or that serve the area (such as an electrician).
These businesses benefit the most as it allows them to appear in Google’s local search results. If you have every looked up the opening times of a local store on Google, you will know how useful this is.

Twitters social media platform is a jack of all trades. Similar to facebook, you can post updates, links, photos, videos and send private messages.
One thing that twitter is famous for is tags and retweets. Customers of your can tweet you publicly and give you their opinion on their. If they are unhappy about something, it’s a great opportunity to show everyone how much you value your customers and show off your customer service.
As with all the rest, twitter has an ad platform. However, it is not as powerful as Facebook’s.
