PPC (Pay Per Click) Check List

Here at Network Intellect we are experts in PPC (Pay Per Click) and therefore we thought it a good idea to share a taster of our knowledge with a 5 point check list for your PPC campaigns below.

1. Think To The Future

Instead of reacting to what’s happening around us, we need to be pro-active and plan ahead for our PPC goals throughout the year. You can do this simply by using a calendar with different seasons, holidays or promotional times specific for your business marked out for the year ahead. This can help to remind you to keep your PPC campaigns constantly changing, evolving and responding to the times or needs of your business.

2. Update Your Campaigns

Updating your campaigns is a continual and ongoing process. Make sure that you are constantly improving your PPC campaigns and keeping the content fresh and relevant to what’s happening around you and your business.

3. Multi-Device PPC Campaigns

Don’t forget the millions of users that use mobile technology these days. There is a huge network of technology like iPads, iPhones, Androids, HTC, Palm, Blackberry just to name a few and your presence needs to be everywhere. You can start by running a simple PPC campaign just to target mobile devices and look at the results and decide where to go next.

4. Landing Pages

Firstly, do you have a Landing Page? If not, why not? Landing Pages are hugely important in driving conversions from your original ad. Just remember when creating Landing Pages to keep the Landing Page content tightly linked to what was in the ad with a clear call to action, for example a nice big button to submit a form or to buy a product with clear text and something to draw the users eye to this area.

5. Try Everything

Branch out, try something new. You may have a preferred channel you use for your PPC but why not try something else to work alongside what you currently do. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Yahoo all give you this opportunity. If you haven’t tried one of these yet, give it a go, you may just be quite surprised.
