Google and salesforce are doubling down in ‘business intelligence’ for better marketing results. Google cloud has 7.5% of the cloud market by the end of 2018, compared with 30% by amazon web services and nearly 15% by Microsoft. Google Cloud told journalists that Looker will continue to work with other services, such as those offered by Amazon and Microsoft.

Salesforce has acquired Tableau and it says can now offer the most intelligent and intuitive analytics and visualization platform. However, salesforce competes with adobe, oracle, SAP, and others on the quality of its data and its data capabilities.
