Facebook’s new button “Send Message”

Facebook has decided to offer business some social customer support power which is usually catered by independent management tools.
The new button “Send Message” will allow users to post private messages and attachments directly to business pages. This new exciting feature should help organisations generate leads and build customer relationships.

Facebook is hoping to encourage small and medium businesses to invest their time and energy on this social platform. Also, the “Send Message” button will allow you to send a private message to people who post a comment on their  page.
Also, businesses will be able to reply to public and private messages. More and more consumers will receive urgent responses because of  a “very responsive to messages” badge on pages that respond to most messages (90%) in less than five minutes. This classification badge should help users to communicate with businesses, and is placed below the cover photo.

On the top of this Facebook has the feature of pre-saved (canned) responses, and easily applying bulk actions to groups also will be available.

Facebook lately put a lot of resources and new ideas into building its relationship with businesses so it is worth getting familiar with them. If it wasn’t working for you before it may be worth revisiting Facebook.
