Bing Adds Useful Location Targeting Tools
Bing, the Microsoft search service, has enhanced the tools you can use for location targeting your adverts.
For small and local enterprises this should help bring the cost of running campaigns down.

Location targeting can now be done by radius and is more granular than before. Instead of increments of 5, 10 or 20 miles you can now do it by 1km.
Ad groups can also be targeted at more than one of these location radius’s and by also a location setting (such as city area) in different locations;
In addition the map tool shows accurately the areas you are targeting and also excluding;
Existing Bing users will need to download updated versions of their software (see the link).
